Complex TC Burner options.

Write method: You can choose the required disc writing method from the list

  • Track-at-once: This mode is useful for creating discs with several sessions.

  • Disc-at-once is a special writing mode where all tracks will be written to the CD without the normal 2 second gap between tracks. Note: Not all recorders support this mode.

Import last session before burn: If you want to add previous sessions to your disc automatically, activate this option.

Finalize disk: Activate this, to make further writing on disc impossible. You should not do this, if you want to continue the disc later.

Joliet file system: If the Microsoft defined Joliet format is selected, a second complete directory structure is created using the Unicode character set. In Joliet format, file and directory names can be a maximum of 108 characters long. There are no restrictions in directory depth and the typeface is extended. The (first) ISO 9660 directory structure is created according to the ISO 9660 standard. In the case that no Joliet rule is applicable, the ISO 9660 standard takes precedence.

Minimize on burn: If this option has been selected the plug-in window is minimized into the taskbar while burning.

Close after burn is complete: If this option has been selected the plug-in window is closed after burning process completing.

Eject the disk after burn is complete: If this option has been selected the CD/DVD drive tray will be ejected after burning process completing.

Erase method: You have the choice between "Quick-erase" and "Full-erase".

As the name already says, quick erase is very fast (about 1 minute) in contrast to full erase that can take more than half an hour. The difference is, that you only delete the table of contents (TOC) if you choose quick erase. The data stays on the disc, but the PC can't do anything with it. This is the recommended option. However, if you have sensitive data on your medium, you should choose full erase, because then the disc will be completely emptied.

Eject the disk after erase: If this option has been selected the CD/DVD drive tray will be ejected after erasing process completing.

Minimize on erase: If this option has been selected the plug-in window is minimized into the taskbar while erasing.

Volume label: Volume label of the disc (or session). Maximum length is 32 characters.

Bootable option: It allows creating bootable disc.

You can choose your boot image or you can use a floppy drive as model for your bootable disc.
